At this time, we ship to US addresses only and our standard shipping is FREE! Check our feedback record on ebay to see comments from happy customers. We have over 15 years of experience and over 20,000 positive feedbacks!
We ship by USPS via either first class or priority mail at our discretion, based on package weight. Most orders arrive within a week of payment but there can be occasional delays. So please get in touch with us before you order if you need your package by a certain date so that we can arrange for faster shipping if necessary, and in some cases we might recommend against ordering if the timing is too tight.
If you're not happy with your purchase we'll gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. You can also send us a message via email. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
